A rank of #4 on this year’s list means Houston Community College is a great place for construction engineering technology students working on their basic certificate. Located in the city of Houston, Houston Community College is a public school with a very large student population.

Of the 32 students majoring in construction engineering tech at Houston Community College, 69% are male and 31% are female.
