2023 Most Popular Bachelor's Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire

To assist you in seeing some of the education options that are available to you, Trade College Search has created its Most Popular Bachelor's Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire ranking. This report analyzed 10 schools in New Hampshire to see which ones were the most popular bachelor's degree programs for trade school students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Southern New Hampshire University the most popular school in New Hampshire for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in Manchester, New Hampshire, the large private not-for-profit school handed out 18,173 bachelor’s degree awards in 2021-2022.
The average tuition and fees at SNHU is $15,380. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $23,471 in student loans. Of those students who received their degree, 64% were women.
One thing to take note of is that SNHU does offer online classes in some areas. In 2020-2021 about 96% of the undergraduate students at the school chose to take one or more online courses.
A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Keene State College is a great place for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in Keene, New Hampshire, the small public school awarded 862 diplomas to qualifed bachelor’s degree students in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $14,638 in tuition and fees if they attend Keene State full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $25,547. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $23,267 in loans while pursuing their degree. Around 60% of those degree recipients were women.
Online courses are available at Keene State, but you will need to check with the school to see if they are available for your field of interest. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2020-2021 academic year, around 9% took at least some of their classes online.
The excellent bachelor’s degree programs at University of New Hampshire - Main Campus helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular trade school schools in New Hampshire. UNH is located in Durham, New Hampshire and has a fairly large student population. In 2021-2022, this school awarded 3,145 bachelor’s degrees to qualified students.
Full-time students from New Hampshire pay an average of $19,024 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend UNH. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $37,934. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $22,474 in student loans. Around 56% of those degree recipients were women.
If you are interested in distance education, be sure to check with the school since UNH does offer online classes for certain majors. During the 2020-2021 year, about 28% of the undergraduates at the school took at least one online course.
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Franklin Pierce University. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Popular Bachelor’s Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire list. Located in Rindge, New Hampshire, the small private not-for-profit school awarded 334 diplomas to qualifed bachelor’s degree students in 2021-2022.
Franklin Pierce does not offer a discount to in-state students, so the average tuition and fees for all undergraduates is $43,155. This amount may be reduced if you receive financial aid. Bachelor’s Degree recipients from Franklin Pierce accumulate an average of $22,082 in student debt by the time they complete their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 56% were women.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online classes at Franklin Pierce. During the 2020-2021 year, about 26% of the undergraduates at the school took at least one online course.
You’ll be in good company if you attend Granite State College. The school came in at #5 on this year’s Most Popular Bachelor’s Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire list. Located in Concord, New Hampshire, the small public school handed out 353 bachelor’s degree awards in 2021-2022.
Full-time students from New Hampshire pay an average of $7,806 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend GSC. Out-of-state students pay an average of $9,150. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $19,391 in loans while pursuing their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 67% were women.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online classes at GSC. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 100% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2020-2021.
A rank of #5 on this year’s list means University of New Hampshire at Manchester is a great place for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in Manchester, New Hampshire, the very small public school awarded 186 diplomas to qualifed bachelor’s degree students in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $15,804 in tuition and fees if they attend UNH Manchester full time. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $34,664. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $21,402 in student loans. Around 51% of those degree recipients were women.
One thing to take note of is that UNH Manchester does offer online classes in some areas. In fact, around 84% of the undergraduate population registered for at least one online class in 2020-2021.

Plymouth State University ranked #7 on this year’s Most Popular Bachelor’s Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire list. This small public school is located in Plymouth, New Hampshire, and it awarded 772 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $14,492 in tuition and fees if they attend Plymouth State full time. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $24,872. Bachelor’s Degree recipients from Plymouth State accumulate an average of $24,581 in student debt by the time they complete their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 55% were women.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online classes at Plymouth State. During the 2020-2021 year, about 56% of the undergraduates at the school took at least one online course.
New England College landed the #8 spot in the 2023 rankings for the most popular bachelor’s degree trade school programs. NEC is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Henniker, New Hampshire. It awarded 340 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
NEC does not offer a discount to in-state students, so the average tuition and fees for all undergraduates is $27,054. This amount may be reduced if you receive financial aid. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $28,270 in student loans. Of those students who received their degree, 58% were women.
You may have the opportunity to take online classes at NEC. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2020-2021 academic year, around 56% took at least some of their classes online.
With a ranking of #9, Colby - Sawyer College did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Colby - Sawyer is a private not-for-profit institution located in New London, New Hampshire. The school has a very small population, and it awarded 155 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
If you don’t receive financial aid, you can expect a bill for $47,164 to cover tuition and fees at Colby - Sawyer. The school does not offer an in-state discount. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $24,399 in student loans. Of those students who received their degree, 69% were women.
If you are interested in distance education, be sure to check with the school since Colby - Sawyer does offer online classes for certain majors. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 14% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2020-2021.
Rivier University ranked #10 on this year’s Most Popular Bachelor’s Degree Trade Schools in New Hampshire list. Nashua, New Hampshire is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 275 students in 2021-2022.
The average tuition and fees at Rivier is $36,610. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. Bachelor’s Degree recipients from Rivier accumulate an average of $25,788 in student debt by the time they complete their degree. Around 80% of those degree recipients were women.
Some students may be able to take online classes at Rivier. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 37% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2020-2021.
