Our 2023 rankings named Highlands College of Montana Tech the best school in the Rocky Mountains Region for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate. Highlands College of Montana Tech is located in Butte, Montana and has a very small student population. In 2021-2022, this school awarded 73 undergraduate certificates to qualified students.

Utah State University landed the #7 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best undergraduate certificate trade school programs. Logan, Utah is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out undergraduate certificates to 97 students in 2021-2022.
