Our analysis found Indiana University of Pennsylvania - Main Campus to be the best school for trade school students who want to pursue a undergraduate certificate in the Middle Atlantic Region .
Full-time students from Pennsylvania pay an average of $13,144 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend IUP. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $18,897.

The average tuition and fees at Thomas Jefferson University is $42,966. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid.

The Graduate Center, CUNY landed the #8 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best undergraduate certificate trade school programs.
Full-time students from New York pay an average of $7,410 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend The Graduate Center. Out-of-state students pay an average of $15,360. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $14,964 in loans while pursuing their degree.

Farmingdale State College came in at #9 in this year’s edition of the Best Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking.

With a ranking of #10, YTI Career Institute-York did quite well on this year’s best schools for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate.

Union County College did quite well in this year’s ranking of the best places for trade school students to get an undergraduate certificate. It came in at #11 on the list.

Nassau Community College did quite well in this year’s ranking of the best places for trade school students to get an undergraduate certificate. It came in at #16 on the list.
In-state students pay an average of $6,330 in tuition and fees if they attend Nassau Community College full time. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $12,130.
One thing to take note of is that Nassau Community College does offer online classes in some areas. In 2019-2020 about 96% of the undergraduate students at the school chose to take one or more online courses.
With a ranking of #17, Johnson College did quite well on this year’s best schools for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate.
The average tuition and fees at Johnson College is $20,025. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $11,526 in loans while pursuing their degree.
Since Johnson College is primarily an online school, it is an excellent choice for undergraduate students who need more flexibility than what is offered at some other schools.
SUNY Broome came in at #18 in this year’s edition of the Best Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at SUNY Broome is $6,332. Out-of-state students pay an average of $11,420. By the time they get their undergraduate certificate, students from this school have racked up an average of $19,341 in student loans.
One thing to take note of is that SUNY Broome does offer online classes in some areas. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 76% took at least some of their classes online.
Butler County Community College ranked #19 on this year’s Best Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region list.
Students from Pennsylvania who attend BC3 full time pay an average of $8,400 in tuition and fees. Out-of-state students pay an average of $11,400. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $13,339 in loans while pursuing their degree.

Laurel Business Institute came in at #20 in this year’s edition of the Best Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking.
