Our 2023 rankings named Indiana University of Pennsylvania - Main Campus the best school in the Middle Atlantic Region for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate. IUP is located in Indiana, Pennsylvania and has a medium-sized student population. In 2021-2022, this school awarded 167 undergraduate certificates to qualified students.
In-state students pay an average of $11,320 in tuition and fees if they attend IUP full time. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $18,927.

With a ranking of #11, Union County College did quite well on this year’s best schools for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate. Union County College is a medium-sized public school situated in Cranford, New Jersey. It awarded 63 undergraduate certificates in 2021-2022.
