Our 2023 rankings named Ottawa University - Phoenix the best school in the Southwest Region for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Ottawa University - Phoenix is a private not-for-profit institution located in Phoenix, Arizona. The school has a very small population, and it awarded 146 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
The average tuition and fees at Ottawa University - Phoenix is $13,341. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. The average tuition and fees at Texas Wesleyan is $36,128. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. University of Phoenix - Arizona landed the #14 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best bachelor’s degree trade school programs. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, the large private for-profit school awarded 11,763 diplomas to qualifed bachelor’s degree students in 2021-2022.
Bachelor’s Degree recipients from UOPX - Arizona accumulate an average of $37,858 in student debt by the time they complete their degree.

University of North Texas did quite well in this year’s ranking of the best places for trade school students to get a bachelor’s degree. It came in at #23 on the list. University of North Texas is a large public school located in Denton, Texas that handed out 7,937 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $11,140 in tuition and fees if they attend UNT full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $20,932. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $20,569 in loans while pursuing their degree.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online classes at UNT. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 66% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2020-2021.
With a ranking of #24, Tarleton State University did quite well on this year’s best schools for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. Tarleton is a fairly large public school situated in Stephenville, Texas. It awarded 2,652 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
