This report analyzed 14 schools in the United States to see which ones were the most popular online bachelor's degree programs for trade school students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from schools with online programs.

Our 2023 rankings named Utah State University the most popular online school in the United States for engineering-related fields students working on their bachelor’s degree. USU is a fairly large public school located in the city of Logan.

About 18% of the students majoring in engineering-related fields at the school are women while 82% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, engineering-related fields graduates from USU carry an average student debtload of $16,648.

Albany, NY

Out of the 14 online programs at schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, Excelsior University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Excelsior University is a large private not-for-profit school located in the small city of Albany.

About 6% of the students majoring in engineering-related fields at the school are women while 94% are male.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Utah Valley University. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Popular Online Engineering-Related Fields Bachelor’s Degree Trade Schools list. Located in the city of Orem, UVU is a public college with a very large student population.
