By the time they get their undergraduate certificate, students from this school have racked up an average of $10,665 in student loans. Around 47% of those degree recipients were women.
Eastern Maine Community College does offer online classes for certain degree levels. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2020-2021 academic year, around 66% took at least some of their classes online.
Northern Essex Community College did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for trade school students to get an undergraduate certificate. It came in at #16 on the list. NECC is a small public school situated in Haverhill, Massachusetts. It awarded 87 undergraduate certificates in 2021-2022.
Full-time students from Massachusetts pay an average of $5,688 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend NECC. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $11,472. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $9,907 in loans while pursuing their degree. Around 93% of those degree recipients were women.
If you are interested in distance education, be sure to check with the school since NECC does offer online classes for certain majors. In fact, around 95% of the undergraduate population registered for at least one online class in 2020-2021.
Asnuntuck Community College ranked #18 on this year’s Most Popular Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the New England Region list. This small public school is located in Enfield, Connecticut, and it awarded 117 undergraduate certificates in 2021-2022.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at ACC is $4,772. Out-of-state students pay an average of $14,172. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $5,911 in loans while pursuing their degree. Around 21% of those degree recipients were women.
Online courses are available at ACC, but you will need to check with the school to see if they are available for your field of interest. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 53% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2020-2021.
With a ranking of #19, North Bennet Street School did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for trade school students working on their undergraduate certificate. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, the very small private not-for-profit school awarded 85 diplomas to qualifed undergraduate certificate students in 2021-2022.

Quinsigamond Community College did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for trade school students to get an undergraduate certificate. It came in at #21 on the list. In-state students pay an average of $5,830 in tuition and fees if they attend Quinsigamond Community College full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $10,774.
