This report analyzed 158 schools in Pennsylvania to see which ones were the most popular undergraduate certificate programs for trade school students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Our analysis found Community College of Allegheny County to be the most popular school for trade school students who want to pursue a undergraduate certificate in Pennsylvania. Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the fairly large public school handed out 539 undergraduate certificate awards in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $8,563 in tuition and fees if they attend CCAC full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $12,223. By the time they get their undergraduate certificate, students from this school have racked up an average of $12,361 in student loans. Around 24% of those degree recipients were women.

Bella Capelli Academy ranked #9 on this year’s Most Popular Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in Pennsylvania list. Located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, the very small private for-profit school awarded 207 diplomas to qualifed undergraduate certificate students in 2021-2022.
Around 97% of those degree recipients were women.
Great Lakes Institute of Technology came in at #10 in this year’s edition of the Most Popular Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in Pennsylvania ranking. This very small private for-profit school is located in Erie, Pennsylvania, and it awarded 155 undergraduate certificates in 2021-2022.
