Our 2023 rankings named James Madison University the most popular school in Virginia for trade school students working on their bachelor’s degree. JMU is a large public school situated in Harrisonburg, Virginia. It awarded 4,688 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.
In-state students pay an average of $13,092 in tuition and fees if they attend JMU full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $30,152. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $19,303 in loans while pursuing their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 60% were women.
