In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. For statewide rankings, we use average in-state tuition and fees.

Baltimore, Maryland is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out undergraduate certificates to 21 students in 2021-2022.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate students at PGCC are $8,642 a year.
