This report analyzed 22 schools in the Middle Atlantic Region to see which ones were the most popular basic certificate programs for trade school students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Allied Health Professions program at each school on the list.

The colleges and universities below are the most popular for allied health majors pursuing a basic certificate.

Our analysis found American Institute of Medical Sciences & Education to be the most popular school for allied health professions students who want to pursue a basic certificate in the Middle Atlantic Region . AIMS Education is a fairly small private for-profit school located in the suburb of Piscataway.

Of the 34 students majoring in allied health at AIMS Education, 18% are male and 82% are female.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Community College of Allegheny County is a great place for allied health professions students working on their basic certificate. Located in the large city of Pittsburgh, CCAC is a public school with a fairly large student population.

About 67% of the students majoring in allied health at the school are women while 33% are male.

The in-demand basic certificate programs at Community College of Baltimore County helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular allied health professions schools in the Middle Atlantic Region . Located in the large suburb of Baltimore, CCBC is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 18 students majoring in allied health at CCBC, 28% are male and 72% are female.
